Circuit training is a series of exercises performed back to back with minimal rest.
You get the benefits of lean muscle building and strength along with an intense cardiovascular workout. If you get bored trotting along on a treadmill or elliptical, then you’ll love circuit training. This style of training keeps you engaged in your workouts and you’re done before you know it. The exercises options are endless. You are able to switch up the exercises to avoid boredom, break through fitness plateaus and keep improving your body.
Our circuit is strategically designed into an easy-to-follow 12-station circuit that alternates between functional strength exercises and self-powered cardio HIIT machines. The circuit timer sets the pace of the workout. The circuit is coached by a certified personal trainer who’s responsible to demonstrate, modify and motivate you every step of the way. With this unique combination of equipment and high energy coaching, you will simply achieve maximum results in less time.
No set class times, that is the beauty of our concept. You are able to come in and workout anytime during our open circuit training hours. No more worrying about reserving a spot in a class or being put on a waiting list to workout. No wait, just walk in and workout. Our circuit training hours are Monday-Friday 6:00AM-9:30AM, 4:00PM-7:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM-12:00PM.
We are equipped with state of the art strength and cardio equipment. Our circuit includes Corepumps, Concept 2 Skierg and Rower, Gopher Rubber Kettlebells, Hyperwear Sand Ropes, Stairmaster Air Fit Bike and Air Fit Upper Body Ergometer, TRX, Versaclimber, Woodway Curve Treadmill. We also have small personal training area in our gym with a Tuff Stuff functional trainer, smith machine, Tuff Stuff Half Rack, bumper plates, rubber hex dumbells 5-75lb, dual cable pulleys, olympic weight plates, Powerblock Dumbbells 0-90lbs, adjustable bench, decline ab bench, hyper extension/GHD, Stairmaster Free Climbers, wall balls, resistance bands, stretch trainers, mats, jump ropes, foams rollers, hip circle glute bands, bootybuilder machine, fit3d proscanner and more!
Simple, we offer heart rate monitoring that is displayed on a large screen TV while you workout that will track and measure your heart rate, percentage of maximum heart rate, calories burned and effort points. We have chest straps available for purchase at the front desk. This is a great way to stay engaged during your workouts and hold yourself accountable to reaching your fitness goals by tracking and measuring your progress. Our coaches are able to monitor your individual heart rate and be sure you are working out safely and in the proper heart rate zones. Along with your chest strap purchase you will get access to an awesome free app that you can use to track your workouts both inside and outside the studio!
The Simply Cardio® Circuit is designed to get you results in just 30 minutes. The workout program starts every time with a 6-minute dynamic warm up followed by a 24-minute circuit led by a certified coach. The workout will target every muscle group safely and effectively providing you the perfect total body workout.
We are the most convenient and efficient workout program in Old Town Scottsdale Arizona. There are no set class times or appointments other than your initial visit with us. As a member you can simply walk-in anytime during our staffed circuit training hours, check in on our iPad, warm up on the TV, grab a towel and HIIT the circuit with a coach. Get in and out in just 30 minutes!
Simply Cardio is open to our members 24 hours day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year but if you are only wanting to come workout when our certified personal trainers are there coaching the circuit then you will want to come in during our staffed circuit training hours which are Monday-Friday 5:30AM-10:00AM, 4:00PM-7:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM-12:00PM. Members enrolled in our unlimited membership plan will receive an exclusive gym key fob which will allow them access to our gym even during non-staffed hours so they can workout by themselves at their own pace. You have the best of both worlds as a premium member with us by having the option to workout with a certified coach when you’re needing that extra motivation and guidance or you can come in anytime you want and simply workout on your own.
Yes, our fitness studio is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to our premium members only who are enrolled in our paid in full 6 or 12 month unlimited membership plans. You will receive an exclusive gym key fob and be taken through a complete onboarding session with one of our certified coaches about how everything works during our non-staffed gym hours like how to turn on/off the lights, circuit timer, music, etc. We want to make sure all of our members who workout during the non-staffed gym hours are fully comfortable with how our gym operates and how all the equipment works and so forth.
No, unfortunately due to obvious safety reasons and liability we are unable to allow our members to bring in a guest during the non-staffed hours of operation. If you fail to abide by the gym rules you will lose your gym key fob access privileges. If you are interested in referring someone to our gym, then they can simply stop in anytime during our staffed circuit training hours and sign up for a free 2-day trial membership. We can also reach out to them for you if you’d like by providing us with their name and number and we will call and schedule their first visit with us.
We offer a month-to-month unlimited membership plan as well as a 3, 6, or 12 months unlimited paid-in-full membership plans where you get the best value and added savings for the commitment. All memberships require a card on file and auto-renew for your convenience. Got commitment issues? Don’t worry we also offer a 10, 20 or 30 drop-in pack options that are non-recurring and you can use when you want and they expire a year from date of purchase.
Yes, we offer a complementary 2-day trial membership for first time Arizona residents only. You must use the two free workouts within the first 7 days of activation. Once you sign up for your free trial via our website, you will receive a call from one of our coaches that will answer any questions you may have and will schedule your first time visit with us. There is no obligation to join at the end of your trial period.
Yes, we do offer a single drop-in rate for those who are visiting from out of town and are looking to stay fit while traveling. Just give us a quick call anytime during our staffed circuit training hours and let us know when you would like to come in and workout with us. We’d love to have you.
We have a no-hassle cancellation policy. You can cancel your membership anytime with a simple 30-day notice. If your membership cancellation is submitted to us with less than a 30-day notice, you will be financially responsible for that next month’s membership dues at time of cancellation and then will no longer be billed. All of our membership options and packs are transferable but non-refundable.
Yes, we offer private one-on-one personal training and assisted stretching sessions with a certified personal trainer by appointment only. These services are additional fees and are not included in your circuit training membership. If you are interested in these additional services, please give us a call at 480-945-2282 and we will schedule you a complementary fitness assessment with one of our certified personal trainers.
