ASSISTED STRETCHING

Our assisted stretching program is designed to relax your mind, muscles and body. Our certified stretch coach is trained to perform a series of movements and stretch exercises that will benefit you beyond when stretching by yourself. Regular assisted stretching is proven to increase your flexibility, improve your mobility and better daily performance. Our Simply Cardio® certified stretch coach will gently guide you through your assisted stretch session, so all you need to do is relax and breathe.

PREPARE FOR YOUR STRETCH.

Arrive Early. Wear Loose-Fitting Clothing. Be Well-Hydrated.
Be sure to wear or bring loose-fitting or athletic clothing, so your body has room to reach its full range of motion. Drink plenty of water so your muscles and soft tissue are well-hydrated for maximum benefit. Once you arrive at Simply Cardio, you will be asked to fill out an intake form to record any relevant medical history, injuries or physical conditions as well as a liability waiver. Our certified stretch coach will review the form with you and discuss the reasons for your visit and any specific areas you would like to address during the stretch. Communication is key to getting the most out of your stretch session.
After a brief warm-up, your certified stretch coach will begin the stretches starting with your neck and progressing down to your feet. During the stretches, all you need to do is relax and breathe deeply. The Simply Stretch program is designed to ease your mind so your body will follow. Each stretch is held for a minimum of 30 seconds and your stretch provider will ensure your comfort with expert guidance and communication. When your session is complete, your certified stretch coach will review your goals to ensure your satisfaction. You will be provided with recommendations for future sessions so you can preserve and build on the results you achieved.
